Just the facts, Ma’m – Please defend us against our enemies

“I, Kathleen Sebelius, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…”

The president of the United States and his cabinet members, like Kathleen Sebelius, Health and Human Services Secretary, take an Oath of Office to protect the Constitution of the United States. They do not take an Oath to protect bureaucracy.
